Term and Conditions


1. ORDERING CONDITIONS & TERMS

  • All prices quoted are per piece in US dollar.
  • Minimum First order is USD 750.00
  • Production order, minimum quantity 15 pieces per design. Rings minimum order 10 pcs per size
  • Down payment required maybe 100% or 50% (depending on the product chosen) from order value payable cash or by credit card
  • Cash transfer Receipt should be send by fax at: 62-361-297864 or email: info@rofsilver.com , cahyana@rofsilver.com
  • All billing are made in US$ currency
  • Orders are shipped and insured via Indonesia Custom with the choice of the following carriers:
    - FedEx (Federal Express)
    - D H L
    (Insurance, shipping and Indonesian Customs (if applicable) provided for at real cost)


2. AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER

Our sales representative will contact you after receiving your order by the next business day referring to:
A. Pro Forma Invoice.
B. Request for payment (including payment options and instructions).
C. Questions we might have regarding your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT

Kindly double-check our pro forma invoice and send ask ASAP your confirmation. Is also possible to apply changes to your order, according to your needs. In such case we will issue a new pro forma invoice for you to approve.

Once your order is approved and all payments process settled we will execute and ship your order within 5 - 8 business days. Please note that for each individual order we will confirm you the exact shipping date.


3. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

After shipment of your order we will send you the following documents:

  1. Shipping company and Waybill details.
  2. Copy of your final invoice.
  3. Balance accounting report

Our assigned service officer will follow the order shipping progress in order to insure a smooth and on time delivery.

  • RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
    The shipping Company will also be your Customs Clearing Agent. They will deliver the goods to your doorstep accompanied with the import duties bill due, if any.
  • ORDER CONFIRMATION
    Kindly confirm the order arrival. Feel free to send us your comments about the product and services in order to update our records and improve our services.
  • SATISFACTION GUARANTEE.
    Please contact us in within 10 days from order reception day if you whish to return any products or to seek assistance. (see details under satisfaction guarantee clause).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:


A. INSURANCE

Terms and Conditions in accordance with the appointed Shipping Company Policies:

  • All parcels shipped are insured.
  • All claims for lost shipments or damages will be settle between the client, courier and insurance company.

Rates information will be relies after total value ordered.



B. SHIPPING

All parcels will be shipped, insured via Indonesia Customs through one of the following carriers:

  • FedEx, Federal Express
  • D H L

Please advise our representative in case you have a preferred carrier when placing each and every order. Otherwise we will ship your order with the cheapest and quicker carrier

Delivery schedule 5-7 Business Days (USA Region) - 7-9 Business Days (Europe Region)
FedEx offers a guarantee delivery time and they will refund your shipping cost in case of late delivery. In this case kindly contact your local agent to inform him about your refund eligibility and dens please contact our representative. PT ZACK will only credit your account AFTER the refund has been made by the relevant carrier.

C. CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

"Certificate of Origin"(C.O.O.) is an official declaration issued by the Indonesian Customs and available only upon REQUEST.
Cost US$ 25 for each shipment

Do you need a C.O.O.?
Some countries have trade agreements with Indonesia that entitles orders shipped with C.O.O. to a LOWER import duties. We recommend to call FedEx for additional information.

PT ZACK guarantees all items free from defects in material and workmanship

  • If your are not 100% satisfied of your purchased items, your are welcome to return them in within 10 days of receipt date.
  • You will receive a full credit for the return items and postage fee.
  • With the above credit you are welcome to purchase new items.
    Note: Cash refunds are not available for those purchases.
  • Please find a copy our "Satisfaction Guarantee Procedure" in your shipped parcel
  • Kindly advise our representative before shipping back your items to Bali
    NOTE: any returned items without prior co-ordination may result in Import Duties by the Indonesian Customs for which you will be responsible.
  • PT ZACK will process your return applying "no questions Asked" polices
